Delete Your PilMate Account
PilMate respects your privacy. You may request deletion of your PilMate account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion using the app:
- Open the PilMate mobile app and navigate to Profile → Delete Account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data associated with your account will be deleted:
- User Profile
- Personal Information
- Saved Addresses
- Uploaded Prescriptions
- Payment Preferences
- Notification Preferences
- Login Credentials
Data That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained where required by applicable laws or regulations, including:
- Order history
- Invoices
- Payment transaction records
- Audit logs
These records are retained only for the legally required period.
